Job DetailsEffective 11/30/24, IU Health will not allow IN RNs to work at their facilities. Exemptions exist for Periop/OR RNs, Allied and Ambulatory RN travelers. ALL TRAVELERS MUST BE FLEXIBLE WITH WEEKEND REQUIREMENTS. IU Health University and Methodist are teaching facilities requiring all travel nurses to agree to the possibility of precepting and/or being assigned students to shadow them while on assignment. Shift Requirements: 3x12s only.
Job RequirementsIN/Compact license in hand or submitted fingerprint application package eligible to applyMinimum 2 Year ExperienceTelemetry, IV Start preferredTravelers must float to different levels of care (Med-Surg, PCU, ICU) as needed
Schedule InformationTRAVELERS MUST BE ABLE TO WORK 50% OF THE WEEKENDS IN THEIR CONTRACT.
Unit Specific InformationUnit travelers may be expected to float, with resources provided if needed at both University and Methodist Hospitals
Additional DetailsMust provide a valid Driver's License or PassportCharge coverage and unit charge nurse responsibilities may apply with provided training and resources.AHA Certifications: BLS required, additional certifications may be verified with CCS
