Job Description
We have an opportunity for a HSEQ Manager to work for an exciting growing client in a manufacturing setting. As the HSEQ Manager you will lead and complete inspections, whilst continually looking for areas of improvement across the business.

Responsibilities:
* Carry out quality checks on manufactured products to ensure that they meet high quality standards.
* Ensure all processes are kept up to date and reviewed regularly.
* Carry out supply chain audits where necessary.
* Lead and complete HSE related investigations determining root causes and supporting the embedment of lessons learnt.
* Chair and support quarterly QHSE committee meetings.
* Look for areas we can improve on as a business and help to support the project manager in implementing change.
* Ensure that Fabrications products are delivered to the required design and standard by supporting the Fabrications team and auditing the pre-delivery quality inspection process.
* Carry out regular 1-2-1’s with direct reports.
What do we need from you?
* Understanding of ISO accreditations 9001, 45001 & 14001
* Previous experience in an HSEQ role with a stronger emphasis on quality control
* Good influencing skills sets and able to communicate effectively at all levels.
* Strong IT skills
* NEBOSH Construction Certificate or equivalent
* Educated to degree level or several years experience in the industry
* IEMA status (desirable)
* Previous experience working in a manufacturing environment
