Senior Lawyer - Public & Regulatory Law

Are you a skilled and experienced Regulatory Lawyer looking for an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact in a high profile organisation? Our client is seeking a talented Lawyer with public and regulatory law experience to join their busy and reputable team on an initial 12 month fixed term contract. This is a fantastic chance to work on complex regulatory investigations, provide expert advice, and represent the organisation both internally and externally.

In this role, you will play a pivotal role in providing timely and pragmatic legal advice on a wide range of legal issues and risks. You will support our client's operational and policy developments within the Regulatory Compliance directorate, ensuring legal risk mitigation strategies are implemented effectively.

Required qualifications and skills:

Solicitor or Barrister

Extensive experience in public law / regulatory law and providing risk-based legal advice.

Strong litigation experience in regulatory law or Tribunal litigation.

Excellent advocacy, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
