MFL Teacher (French & Spanish)
Location: Redbridge
Salary: £36,413 - £53,994 per annum (Depending on experience)
Start: ASAP
Contract: Permanent, Full-time

About the role:
The successful MFL Teacher (French & Spanish) will play a pivotal role in delivering a comprehensive and engaging curriculum across Key Stages. You will have the opportunity to inspire students, cultivating both linguistic proficiency and cultural awareness through innovative and dynamic teaching methods.

Responsibilities of the MFL Teacher:

Design and deliver engaging French and Spanish lessons that align with the national curriculum and reflect the school's ethos.
Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages active participation and a passion for language learning.
Regularly assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to facilitate improvement and help each student reach their full potential.
Collaborate closely with colleagues in the Modern Foreign Languages department to enhance the overall student learning experience.
Stay informed about the latest teaching strategies and advancements in French and Spanish education.
Requirements of the MFL Teacher:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent teaching qualification.
A degree in French, Spanish, or a related field.
Experience as an MFL teacher in a school setting.
Must be able to teach French and Spanish across all the stages.
Strong subject knowledge in French and Spanish modern foreign languages.
Proven ability to engage and motivate students in their language learning.
Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
Have an updated CV and an enhanced DBS registered to the update service (or be willing to apply for one).
