Your new role
In this role as Site Manager, your duties will be to:
Oversee day-to-day operations on construction sitesCoordinate and supervise construction workersEnsure projects are completed on time and within budgetMaintain high safety standardsManage the procurement of materialsResolve any issues that arise on siteEnsure compliance with building regulationsCommunicate effectively with project managers, clients, and site staff

What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in this role, you will need the following:

• Previous experience with roofing or cladding projects.
• SMSTS
• CSCS Black Card.
• At least and NVQ level 4 in construction related topics.
