Job Description
Electrical Commissioning Manager – Data Centre
We are currently seeking a proficient Electrical Commissioning Manager to join a prestigious project focused on the data centre and film studio. The project is part way through and entering the late stages of a phase of work and they are looking for someone to join their team to help finish the phase and continue the project through to completion as well.
Here's what you'll be tackling:
As the Electrical Commissioning Manager, you will assume a pivotal role in coordinating site activities, facilitating stakeholder communication, and providing detailed progress reports, including visual documentation. Your duties will encompass:
* Managing the commissioning process
* Validating that the commissioning process and seeing that results obtained align with requirements
* Inspecting existing systems to determine how they perform
* Providing consultative advice in determining commissioning and performance requirements, commissioning strategies, programmes, scopes of work and the like.
* Carrying out measurements, surveys and other technical inspections
Let's discuss your qualifications:
Your experience in critical infrastructure projects is paramount, along with an Electrical Engineering Qualification of NVQ Level 3 or higher. Possessing certifications such as ECS Gold Card, SSSTS, and First Aid will be advantageous, as will your comprehensive understanding of statutory requirements, CDM regulations, and Construction Phase Plans within the construction and engineering sectors.
What do you get?
This role is open to permanent and freelance staff:
£75,000 - £85,000 + package
£400 - £500 a day
