- Bachelor’s degree in civil, mechanical, or industrial engineering.
- Over 5 years of experience in concrete technology, materials engineering, or a related field, with specific experience in UHPC preferred.
- Strong understanding of concrete properties, mix design, and testing methodologies; familiarity with industry standards and regulations.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities with a focus on innovation and optimisation.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
