Location: North Leicestershire (easily accessible via the A46)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM (Office-based)
Our client is a rapidly growing SME in the tech industry, due to significant investment and is seeking a passionate Internal Account Manager to join their team.
As an Internal Account Manager, you'll be based at the head office with is easily accesible from the A46.
Duties for this role include:-
* Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
* Prepare and send out quotations to business clients (B2B).
* Handle pricing enquiries efficiently and professionally.
* Proactively contact customers to update them on products and services.
* Maintain accurate records using the internal CRM system.
Full product training will be provided to ensure your success in the role.
Our ideal client is looking for someone who has:-
* Previous experience in customer service, preferably within a B2B environment.
* A full UK driving licence.
* A solid understanding of account management principles.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn.
