Job Description

Are you a Rail Commercial Manager with experience working for a contractor on major projects?

Do you have experience working on light rail projects?

Location: Birmingham
Salary: £70,000 to £90,000 per annum DOE + £7500 car allowance.
Hours: 35 hours per week

Due to exceptional growth, my client is looking to add a Commercial Manager to their team. Your duties as a Commercial Manager will include:
·Leading, managing, developing and training the commercial teams across your portfolio of projects.
·Lead on all contractual matters from inception to close out.
·Managing the Risk & Opportunities process.
·Setting and managing budgets ensuring all costs are correctly allocated.
·Establishing and maintaining rigorous cost controls including early warning systems and providing robust accurate financial data and management.

Requirements:
·Minimum 5 years experience as a Commercial Manager on infrastructure projects
·Experience working on rail civil engineering projects, preferably light rail
·Degree in Quantity Surveying or Commercial Management
