Project Manager - Groundworks

My client is an industry leading civil engineering contractor with multiple live contracts across the UK.

We are currently recruiting a Project Manager to join the company and manage a large scale commercial groundworks and civil engineering scheme based near Exeter.

My client can offer a minimum of 12 month's work with permenant opportunities available.

RATES ARE NEGOTIABLE!!!

THIS IS FOR AN IMMEDIATE START!!!

Project Manager Responsibilities:

• Reporting and working alongside the Contracts Manager.

• Site Supervision and compliance with health and safety

• Keeping site diaries

• Ammending and working to RAMS

• Quality Assurance.

• Producing programmes

• Managing the labour and putting men to work.

• Providing progress reports

• Managing/ordering materials and overseeing site operations.

Project Manager Requirements:

• CSCS

• SMSTS

• First aid

• Experienced in programming

• Highly experienced in commercial groundworks and civils packages for specialist contractors.

• 15+ years project management experience
