Job Description
Success Recruit are currently working with an advertising & signage company based in Central Essex covering the UK and International markets who are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join their busy team.
The successful Business Development Manager will be working closely with the directors and team to support with continued growth of this UK nationwide business success. With Head office located close to Chelmsford in Essex, this position offers flexibility to work from home and occasional office visits suiting someone who can self-generate leads and always focus on winning new business.
The successful Business Development Manager will be expected to:
* Have at least 3 years business development experience involving cold calling & identifying suitable contacts
* Have a strong existing business network
* Have previously worked within automotive, marketing agency, retail, construction, sporting events industry or have strong network contacts within these sectors
* Confident working to targets, identifying and building excellent working relationships with decision makers
The successful Business Development Manager will be rewarded with:

Job Description:
The purpose of this position is to identify and win new business with a consultative, friendly, and professional approach always. You will be able to demonstrate a natural ability to drive and build upon sales to maximise profit and continue to support with company growth being rewarded as an individual.
Duties to include but not limited to:
* Identifying new business relationships
* Cold Calling businesses & establishing suitable point of contact to build relationship
* Build trust & listen to client needs to support them with further opportunities
* Arrange client meetings & conduct face to face or via teams
* Attend networking events to build brand & contacts
* Using marketing platforms i.e. Linked in to build awareness
* Close sales with business decision makers
This is an excellent opportunity for someone that is seeking an opportunity to really take control of their own success. The successful candidate will be given their own autonomy in the position to grow relationships with businesses based all over the UK.
Hours: Monday to Friday – 9.00am – 5.30pm – flexible working hours can be agreed.
Salary: Circa £30k – £40k + dependant on experience
