Job Description
Belmont Recruitment are interested in speaking with RMN's, for Band 5 and Band 6 positions that we have available working within Children Adolescent Mental Health Services (CAMHS) in Bury, for an initial 6 month contract.
The service are looking for candidates to carry out full-time work, which will mostly be day shifts, but some twilights and nights are available - a level of flexibility will be required to meet the wards needs
The service provide treatment and support to young people, aged between 13 and 18 years old, from anywhere in the UK, suffering from a range of mental health difficulties. The 12-bed unit was developed to ensure the the clients receive the treatment they need in an age-appropriate environment. The unit provides intensive assessment and treatment for mental illness or psychiatric disorder, for which enhanced community treatment is no longer viable or safe.
NO PRIOR CAMHS EXPERIENCE IS NEEDED - Only a willingness to learn, and ideally some transferrable skills. The service is wanting to carry out interviews and able to offer trail shifts before arranging block bookings to meet the requirements of the ward.
Pay rates for this position are (B6);
* Weekdays - £26.28
* Nights/Sat - £32.71
* Sunday/ Bhol - £41.65
The service are offering candidates trial shifts, and if happy are looking to book in on block bookings. Placement are expected to exceed the initial 6 month period.
Shifts are available to be booked a month in advance, and available most days including weekends.
Hours: Full time
Days: Flexible Monday - Sunday
Contract: Block bookings a month in advance
Band: 5 or 6
Salary: £26.00 to £41.00
