Job Description

Our client are a leading construction firm specialising in innovative groundwork solutions. They pride themselves on their commitment to quality, safety, and sustainability. As they expand their operations, they are looking for a dedicated Groundworks Project Manager to join their dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities for the Project Manager on this role:

* Lead and manage groundwork projects, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

* Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets.

* Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams.

* Monitor project progress and report on key metrics.

* Conduct site inspections and ensure quality control.

* Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the project lifecycle.

* Foster a positive and collaborative work environment

Qualifications:

* Proven experience as a Project Manager in groundworks or a related field.

* Strong understanding of construction processes and regulations.

* Excellent organizational and leadership skills.

* Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

* Relevant qualifications in construction management or civil engineering.
