My client is a luxury 4 star hotel based in Lutterworth looking to bring on an experienced and dedicated Conference Sales Co-ordinator, to come into the team, as maternity cover, to implement all conference and private event enquiries.
The duties and responsibilities of the Conference Sales Co-ordinator will be:
Engage with potential clients and host captivating site visits to highlight the hotels stunning offerings.
Craft bespoke proposals and expertly draft contracts that align with each clients vision.
Collaborate with clients and coordinate with various teams to orchestrate flawless, unforgettable events.
Cultivate lasting relationships with clients, turning first-time visitors into loyal returnees.
Contribute to dynamic sales strategies while staying ahead of market trends to draw in new business opportunities.
The ideal Conference Sales Co-ordinator:

Schedule: Mon-Fri, 30-40 Hours per week
Salary: £28,460 per annum
