Connect Appointments are recruiting a Team Leader to guide and support our client's team of advocates, ensuring the delivery of exceptional services that truly make a difference.

As Team Leader, you'll:

Lead and mentor a team of advocates, driving performance and professional growth
Collaborate with management to ensure the highest standards of advocacy practice
Conduct regular reviews and training to maintain and improve service delivery
Manage resources effectively to meet contractual requirements and KPIs
Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders to promote best practicesThis role requires proactive performance management, fostering continuous improvement, and contributing to a culture that reflects our client's values.

Has a proven track record in leadership
Thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys motivating teams to achieve their best
Is passionate about community engagement and delivering meaningful outcomes
Can balance strategic thinking with hands-on problem-solving

Part-time role, working 9am to 5pm, three days a week
