Role Responsibilities
1.
Maintenance Duties:
* Perform building fabric activities, including patch repairs, minor plumbing, carpentry, painting, and decorating.
* Conduct preventative maintenance, monitoring equipment, and carrying out inspections.
2.
Client Interactions:
* Provide excellent customer service and keep clients informed of activities.
* Report defects and answer client queries during visits.
3.
Health & Safety:
* Adhere to strict health and safety regulations and statutory requirements.
Candidate Requirements
*
Skills:
* Full, valid UK driving licence.
* IT literacy for record-keeping.
* Strong customer service skills.
* Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
* Physically able to perform job duties.
*
Qualifications:
* City and Guilds Level 2/3 in a relevant trade.
