The ideal candidate must:
Have the right to work within the UK
Bring hands-on experience from a classroom setting to effectively engage students.
DBS registered on the update system or willing to purchase one
Be comfortable and adaptable working in different environments
Possess a strong understanding of English Literature to enrich student learning.
Exhibit strong classroom management abilities to maintain a positive learning atmosphere.
QTS, PGCE, or an overseas teaching qualification equivalent to UK
