Joseph Norton Academy is looking for a dedicated and compassionate School Inclusion Support Worker (ISW) to join our specialist team in Huddersfield. This is a full-time, permanent role where you'll do more than just classroom support. You will build meaningful connections, develop relationships, and guide our pupils towards a brighter future.
Your responsibilities will include:
Preparing the classroom for lessons
Supporting pupils during class activities
Providing extra help to those who need it most
Completing and maintaining pupil records
Leading specific activities and sessions
