Senior Quantity Surveyor Needed in Oxford!
Introductory paragraph:
Looking for a skilled and experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to work on a 2-year project for a project in Oxford. The project involves a large-scale pharmaceutical build and is working under a JCT contract.
Qualifications required:
- At least 10 years of relevant work experience as a quantity surveyor
- Bachelor's degree or higher qualification
- Experience working on a pharmaceutical build preferred but not necessary
Skills required:
- Cost management
- Contract administration
- Risk management
- Competency in JCT contracts
Responsibilities include:
* Cost advice during design development stages
* Preparing tender documents and analysing tenders from contractors
* Administering interim payments and change control
* Managing risk register and contractual correspondence
What's on offer?
- Long term contract
- Outside IR35
