Barker Ross are actively recruiting Skilled Operatives to join a reputable Precast factory in Alfreton. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with a strong work ethic, who are reliable, and looking for a stable role with the potential for growth.
Role Overview:
As a Skilled Operative, you will play a key role in the production of high quality precast concrete products. This role is suited for individuals with hands-on experience in construction or a related field. You'll work in a dynamic environment where attention to detail, teamwork and flexibility are essential.
This role is temp - perm.
Shift start times are between 5AM and 2PM, must be flexible for all shifts.
Key Responsibilities:
Using hand and power tools.
Reading measurements and drawings.
Supporting production processes.
Keeping the site clean and tidy.
Following health and safety.
Ideal Candidate:
Previous Precast experience is beneficial but not required.
Construction experience.
Ability to read a tape measure.
Ability to follow instructions precisely.
What we offer:
£11.75 Per Hour, with potential for an increased rate based on skills and experience.
8 hour shifts, Monday to Friday.
