Exciting Project Manager opportunity in Crawley! We are searching for a Project Manager for a leading civil engineering firm renowned for its expertise in civil works, reinforced concrete, and marine/heavy civils projects. The successful candidate will manage and deliver multiple projects, ensuring they are completed safely, on time, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee civil engineering projects from start to finish, ensuring all projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget.
• Plan and program projects using tools such as MS Project and Project Commander.
• Apply your expertise in reinforced concrete, piling, and marine/heavy civils to achieve project milestones.
• Ensure effective cost control and manage changes throughout the project lifecycle.
• Implement NEC and ICC contract standards.
• Collaborate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure successful project execution.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Minimum of 7 years’ experience managing civil engineering projects.
• Background in site engineering.
• Proven expertise in civil engineering works, particularly reinforced concrete and piling.
• Experience in marine/heavy civils is a strong advantage.
• Engineering qualification is preferred.
• Proficiency in planning and programming software, including MS Project and Project Commander.
• Strong commercial awareness, with experience in cost control and change management.
• Familiarity with NEC and ICC contracts.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage and motivate teams.
