Job Title: Senior Quantity Surveyor
Location: Bury
Salary: £50,000 - £60,000

Key Responsibilities:
Manage the financial aspects of construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring budgets and time lines are met.
Prepare and submit accurate cost estimates and financial reports.
Conduct regular site visits to monitor project progress and compliance with specifications.
Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to identify and mitigate financial risks.
Negotiate contracts and manage relationships with subcontractors and suppliers.
Ensure adherence to industry standards, regulations, and best practices.Required Experience:
Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor, preferably in the construction sector.
Strong understanding of contract management and cost control.
Excellent negotiation and communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
