Design and Product Support Engineer
Location: Greater London and surrounding areas
About the Role
Our client is seeking a permanent Design and Product Support Engineer. This role focuses on the order fulfilment process and supports the sales team in ensuring compliance with standards and regulations within the construction industry.
Key Responsibilities
Provide pre-sales technical support and attend client meetings.
Review orders and manage order documentation.
Liaise with OEMs and oversee dispatches of equipment.
Conduct handover documentation and meetings.
Collaborate with technical teams to ensure compliance.
Assist in training for the sales department on new products.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field. Over 5 years in the construction sector, with at least 2 years in design engineering.
Skills
Proficient in AutoCAD (2D-3D) and MS Office. Must have strong customer orientation and a positive attitude
