Logistics Solutions & Capital Equipment
To £165,000 + bonus
Flexible Location
The Role
Responsible for driving revenue growth through the sale of logistics capital equipment and solutions to major parcel carriers, postal operators, and eCommerce providers.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy and Business Development
Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy that aligns with business unit goals to drive sales of capital equipment across parcel, post, and eCommerce sectors.
Identify and target high-value customers, including large eCommerce logistics firms, postal carriers, and 3PL.
Customer Engagement and Relationship Management
Establish and foster strategic relationships with key decision-makers in customer organisations to understand their operational challenges and provide tailored solution.
Lead high-stakes negotiations and create customised proposals for large-scale installations.
Market Analysis and Competitive Intelligence
Conduct thorough market analysis to identify growth opportunities and emerging trends.
Track competitive landscape and provide insights into product positioning, pricing strategies, and new opportunities.
The Person
Industry Knowledge: In-depth understanding of parcel, postal, and eCommerce logistics.
Sales Expertise: Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets, with expertise in high-value contract negotiations and complex sales cycles.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong interpersonal abilities to build relationships at all levels.
Technical Acumen: Comfortable understanding and communicating the benefits of technical products, with an ability to translate technical features into customer benefit.
