Mechanical Supervisor

A Mechanical Supervisor is required for a large M&E Contractor based in Central London. Due to winning a new Ultra high end residential project consisting of 80 units + swimming pool, commercial space and a large plant room they are now looking for a Mechanical Supervisor to join the new project based in Mayfair London The duration of the project is 2 years

* Toolbox Talks

* Rams

* Managing Team of 15

* Supervising Snagging

* QA

* Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by following and enforcing company’s safety standards, practices and procedures and complying with legal regulation

* 1st Fix/2nd Fix supervising

* Singing off work

* Daily brief meetings

* Good knowledge of plumbing

* Ordering of Material

* Run through of the project with senior management.

* Managing labour

The company have a very strong team in place moving on to this project and they are looking for someone to be part of a hard work and well-rounded team. The ideal candidate will have shown previous commitment to projects and have completed a project from start to finish.
