Job Description
We are seeking reliable and experienced multi skilled Maintenance Engineers for a 3-month contract to provide essential shift support in a challenging environment. This role involves both reactive and proactive maintenance on-site, with strict adherence to safety protocols.
Location: Leicester
Duration: 3 months
Shift Pattern: Panama (12-hour shifts, days, and nights, 7 am - 7 pm)
Contract Type: Inside IR35 (PAYE direct or through an accredited payroll provider)
Role Details:
Deliver timely and efficient engineering shift support, ensuring minimal downtime.
Conduct proactive and reactive maintenance on equipment and systems.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues swiftly.
Collaborate with team members to maintain a high standard of site operations.
Work Environment:
Non-smoking site
Dusty environment always requiring hard hats and safety goggles.
Full compliance with site safety regulations and procedures
Experience and skills required of Maintenance Engineer:
Qualified multi skilled maintenance engineer with C&G’s or NVQ Level 3 or ideally ONC / HNC level
Experience in a maintenance or engineering support role within a similar environment.
Commitment to safety, with personal protective equipment (PPE) always worn.
Flexibility to work a rotating shift pattern, including both days and nights.
