Job Description
Kenna Recruitment is currently on the lookout for a Finishing Manager to work on a large residential scheme for the next 2 years.
My client is one of the leading developers that operate across the UK and after a successfully project win, they are now looking for a Finishing Manager to work on this scheme on a contract basis, for the right person this can lead to a permanent opportunity.
They are now seeking a Finishing Manager to manage to work on this scheme managing the internal packages from 1st fix right through to final handover. You will need to have a, CSCS, SMSTS and First Aid at Work and have extensive experience working on large residential scheme as a Finishing Manager.
