Rate: £280 p/day

I am working with a contractor based in South Yorkshire that specialise within commercial and local authority refurbishment and newbuild projects.
This assignment is managing multiple projects across Nottinghamshire & South Yorkshire.
This is a client facing role, reporting into the company Managing Director, you will be repsonisble for a team of site managers, managing the programme of works, ensuring the projects are running on time and on budget.
Candidate Requirements
They are looking for an established Contracts Manager with a strong pedigree of local authority, SCAPE or similar works.
You will have experience working on either office fitout projects, SCAPE framework or working in healthcare environments.
