Residential Property Lawyer

I'm currently working with a reputable Law Firm in Newcastle who are looking for a 5+ years PQE Residential Property Lawyer on a contract basis.

The role will be dealing with a mixed works but they need someone mainly worked on Residential, although background in Commercial will be considered too.

The role will be 3 months rolling on an hourly rate and they need someone in the office 3 days a week and can offer 2 days from home, the role will also be outside of IR35.
