The company:
Maintenance division of a group of based M&E companies who design, install and maintain commercial M&E building services. T/O c£100m
The role:
You will be responsible for pricing the in-house delivery of predominantly M&E hard services contracts for clients within commercial, educational and healthcare sectors.
You will work alongside the MD, and work together on the pricing model for each bidding opportunity.
The person:
We are looking for someone who has previous M&E estimating experience in the maintenance / facilities management industries and has a good understanding of SFG20, we will also welcome applications from contract managers who have managed hard services FM contracts and have some experience in pricing maintenance contracts.
Salary:
Up to £50,000 to £55,000 with a car / car allowance (£6000) + 27 days holiday + 4%/4% pension
