Job Title: Clinical Pharmacist - Rotational Wards

Location: Birmingham, NHS Hospital

Employment Type: Full-time (5 days per week, Monday to Friday)

Hours: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM (30-minute break)

Start Date: November 2023 (ASAP)

Contract Duration: Minimum 6 months

We are working with a leading NHS Hospital in Birmingham who are committed to delivering high-quality patient care. We are seeking an experienced Clinical Pharmacist for a Band 7/8a rotational wards based position!

Key Responsibilities:

Provide clinical pharmacy services across various wards.
Collaborate with healthcare teams to optimise medication management.
Conduct medication reviews and monitor patient progress.
Educate healthcare staff and patients on medication therapies.
Participate in ward rounds and contribute to clinical decision-making.
Ensure compliance with all pharmacy regulations and best practices.

Qualifications:

Registered Pharmacist with a valid GPhC registration.
Significant experience working in clinical pharmacy within a ward setting.
Strong knowledge of pharmacotherapy and medication management.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team.
