Job Title: In-House Construction Lawyer

PQE Required: 3+ Years

Location: West Midlands (2 days in office)

Salary: Up to £90K + Car Allowance + Bonus

What You’ll Do

As a trusted advisor within the business, you’ll work closely with key stakeholders across construction projects, taking ownership of legal matters that minimize risk and maximize opportunities. You’ll get to:

• Collaborate with a diverse range of stakeholders on significant construction projects.
• Review and negotiate tenders, framework agreements, main contracts, and collateral warranties.
• Negotiate terms with our supply chain and support early resolution of disputes.
• Contribute to strategic initiatives that go beyond your core responsibilities, helping drive the business forward.

The Ideal Candidate

We’re seeking proactive, solution-oriented legal professionals with:

• Qualification as a Solicitor and 3+ years of PQE.
• A solid background in advising on construction projects.
• Experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts with both public and private sector clients.
