The mission is to maintain accurate treasury records, optimize liquidity, ensure financial stability, and support strategic decision-making through effective management, accurate reporting, and cross-functional collaboration.

What you will do:

1. Manage Cash Flows: Ensure optimal liquidity to meet the company’s financial obligations and track and report on cash inflows and outflows to ensure accurate cash flow management.
2. Oversee Investments: Manage the company’s investment portfolio to maximize returns within risk parameters.
3. Coordinate with Stakeholders: Collaborate with internal departments and external partners for seamless financial operations.
4. Record Transactions: Accurately document all treasury-related financial transactions.
5. Reconcile Accounts: Perform regular reconciliations of bank statements and treasury accounts.
6. Prepare Reports: Generate detailed financial and treasury reports for internal and external stakeholders.
7. Assist in Audits: Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations.
8. Ensure Compliance: Ensure all accounting activities comply with relevant regulations and company policies.
9. Ensure Compliance: Ensure all treasury activities adhere to regulatory and policy requirements.

Qualifications

This role is excellent for a person with:

1. 3-4 years previous experience in Cash/Treasury Manager roles, with a background in accounting.
2. Risk Management Expertise: Experience in identifying and mitigating financial risks.
3. Collaborative Nature: Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
4. Strong Numerical Skills: Proficiency in handling and analyzing numerical data accurately.
5. Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy in recording and reconciling financial transactions.
6. Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain organized financial records.
7. Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with accounting software and financial reporting tools.
8. Analytical Thinking: Capacity to analyze financial data and identify discrepancies or trends.
9. Compliance Awareness: Understanding of regulatory requirements and adherence to financial policies.
