Eiffage Route contributes to the improvement of the French network, from local roads to highway layouts, whether in design, construction, or maintenance. As an expert in urban development, Eiffage Route also participates in the realization of port, airport, industrial, and commercial projects.


MISSIONS

  1. Human and financial management of the study.

  2. Analyze the file and define the study’s risks (technical, legal, budgetary, etc.).

  3. Launch the study: establish the launch sheet and chair the study launch meeting.

  4. Coordinate the design review and ensure the distribution of the corresponding report.

  5. Ensure the preparation and follow-up of the study program.

  6. Establish the Execution bid review.

  7. Monitor the sub-contractors.

  8. Ensure compliance with the budget targets set at the beginning of the study.

  9. Manage the business project’s contractual relations.

  10. Technical management of the study.

  11. Decide on the retained hypotheses and calculation methods.

  12. Set the tasks, objectives, and deadlines for the various members of the study team.

  13. Approve the design briefs and drawings before they are distributed externally.

  14. Ensure the circulation of technical information, and the Study-Works coordination (technical meetings, coordination meetings, etc.).

  15. Continuous improvement.

  16. Ensure the preparation of the business project’s Quality Assurance Plan (QAP).

  17. Ensure the application of the measures in the Quality-Environment system of the engineering office and in the projects on which it is working.

  18. Identify and handle non-conformities.

  19. Take part in business project feedback sessions.

  20. Team and employees support and development.

  21. Implement all management and HR development actions planned to allow skills improvement of the employees and their mobility within the company.


JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • 5 - 6 years’ higher education in an Engineering school.

  • Experience warranting the assumption of responsibility in the organization of the technical project, team coordination, and the monitoring of technical sub-contractors.


JOB ENVIRONMENT

Reporting line: Technical Sector Manager, Engineering Office Director (technical studies)


Internal relations: Technical Studies Engineer, Engineering Studies Officer, Drafting office, Project Leader, Works Supervisor, Technical Director, etc.


External relations: clients, suppliers, sub-contractors, etc.

  • Fort(e) d'une solide culture technique.

  • De formation Bac+2/3 orientée TP.

  • Vous disposez d'une expérience significative et réussie dans cette fonction au sein d'une entreprise de Travaux Publics.

  • Vous êtes reconnue comme une personne force de proposition, rigoureux, avenant et bon communiquant.

  • Vous êtes garant(e) de l’amélioration continue et de la performance opérationnelle des exploitations.

  • Vous êtes respectueux(se) des règles de sécurité, de l'environnement et de la qualité.
