A career as a Chief Advisor in the Strategy, Data, and Performance team for Financial Markets at National Bank means acting as an expert to plan and execute the acceleration of the transformation of Financial Market Operations. This position allows you to have a positive impact on our organization through your skills and abilities to conduct our strategic initiatives. Your Role Play a key role in advising on the strategic directions of financial market operations. You facilitate strategic thinking and the evolution of business processes through data analysis, and you drive the execution of strategic components such as defining the business vision and determining end-to-end financial market targets. Take on a strategic role to drive the hyperautomation initiative for the team, by developing and implementing a robust operational and technological governance framework. Play a key role in defining business requirements and conducting strategic analysis for each hyperautomation initiative, ensuring that the proposed solutions meet the needs of financial markets operations. Ensure continuous technological monitoring of automation tools' advancements and foster a culture of innovation and excellence within the team. As a strategic actor, you are at the heart of project development, execution, and delivery. Diagnose priorities and intervene to solve complex problems, thereby ensuring the success of initiatives. Support and coach transformation actors, both in action and on specific mandates. Stay abreast of best practices, which you integrate and share to optimize cross-functional processes while establishing clear and detailed business requirements. Your Team This position reports to the Senior Manager of Strategy, Data, and Performance for the Financial Markets Operations sector. Within the sector, you are part of a team of three colleagues. Our team stands out for its dynamism, agility, and knowledge of financial market activities and the sub-processes that support these activities. Our team of professionals is dedicated to implementing and executing the strategic plan, working in collaboration with various partners across the Bank, and covering all operations within the Financial Markets sector.
