About the Role

Domestic Logistics Supervisor will support the factory in Brazil. Arranging local logistics shipments in Brazil, handling related documents, tracking logistics status, coordinating pick-up, shipping, signing for delivery, freight cost reconciliation, dealing with unforeseen circumstances, and meeting customer delivery requirements.

Responsibilities

• Logistics operations: Arrange vehicles according to the size and weight of goods and other information, coordinate with suppliers or warehouses for pick-up time, coordinate with customers for delivery time and tracking the progress of logistics, and coordinate to deal with unexpected and unusual matters.
• Produce relevant documents, invoices, delivery notes. And work with internal teams to ensure compliance with company processes.
• Cost optimization: Reduction of transport costs through measures such as optimization of vehicle racking and improved packaging.
• Process optimization: Sorting out the operational processes of domestic logistics and continuously optimizing them. Make the logistics shipment more efficient and control the risk.
• Team Collaboration: Maintain an open and optimistic attitude while collaborating with the broader logistics team, providing efficient and innovative proposals to enhance overall efficiency.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in International Business, Logistics, or a related field.
• Experience: A minimum of 3 years of proven and progressive experience in domestic logistics.
• Computer Skills: Proficiency in using office software for effective communication and documentation.
• Language Skills: Good communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
