Role

The candidate will be challenged to implement processes in our department across multiple countries. The intern will be expected to effectively utilize office and Google tools, learning advanced functionalities of Sheets and others. Responsibilities include dashboard construction and KPIs management. Clear communication, proactivity, and accountability are essential. The position is located in Rio Claro, São Paulo, with flexible starting dates. IMPORTANT: Candidates from outside of Mercosul must be currently enrolled in a university (graduate or post-graduate).

Working Hours

Monday to Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm

Responsibilities
  • Manage the Early equipment management governance (WCM methodology);
  • Oversee knowledge management;
  • Manage innovation and disruptive technologies;
  • Technical knowledge in data analysis and programming.
Process

Logistics

Accommodation will be provided but not paid for; you will need to cover the cost. One meal per day will be provided and paid for. A computer will be provided. AIESEC will offer leadership training during your experience. You will require a visa and health insurance for the duration of the opportunity.
