THE OPPORTUNITY

We are hiring a Marketing Automation - Braze Analyst to our Marketing Operations team in São Paulo - Brazil! The Wellhub team is seeking a quick learner, business-oriented, proactive analyst with Braze knowledge to join our Marketing Operations Martech team. This individual will work with the Marketing Automation Manager for the day-to-day management of our B2C tool, Braze, providing support to the Revenue Marketing team, from workflow set ups, optimizing our processes, making it automated, personalized and scalable.

As a Marketing Automation team, our goal is to empower Wellhub's marketing initiatives to accelerate client revenue and skyrocket enrollment rate by delivering more sophisticated, scalable, and data-driven marketing automation capabilities, driving more customer engagement, better nurturing flows (for B2B and B2C), and positively impacting revenue growth through CRM automation.

• Work in the Martech team to implement best practices and get the most out of our Braze account;


• Optimizing the use of the tool and supporting the evaluation and implementation of new technologies;


• Operate Braze as a specialist to enable the marketing team to run the best-in-class marketing campaigns;


• Provide ongoing support to the marketing team for accesses, training, optimization and best practices;


• Work with the different teams (globally) on the requests raised to our team;

• Good communication skills;


• Minimum of 2 years experience using Braze;


• Knowledge of HTML for emails and Liquid template language;


• Knowledge of Whatsapp and SMS strategy is a plus;


• English is a must, Spanish is a plus;


• Analytical skills for data driven decision making;


• Problem-solving abilities and logical reasoning skills;


• Hands-on, organized, and with high-attention to detail while not losing sight of the big picture;


• Enjoy working in very fast-paced environments;
