Job Description

Job Overview:

As a Growth Marketing Associate, your primary focus will be on user acquisition, conversion, and onboarding. This role requires a dynamic and data-driven individual with a deep understanding of luxury markets and a proven track record in digital marketing and acquisition campaigns.

Responsibilities:

  1. Community Growth and Strategy Development:
    • Develop and implement community lead generation strategies to support qualitative, targeted, and sustainable growth.
    • Develop and maintain a marketing calendar in your dedicated region to plan and execute lead-generation activities, including social media campaigns, ads, partnerships, outreach programs, and direct recruitment.
    • Stay up to date on the latest marketing trends and best practices.
  2. Lead Generation Campaign Development and Execution:
    • Lead the development and execution of lead generation campaigns across all channels, including online, offline, and social media.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams in market and at a global level to ensure that campaigns are aligned with business objectives, brand identity, and compliance.
    • Develop and implement campaign tracking dashboards and reporting strategies to measure campaign performance.
    • Implement direct recruitment campaigns to identify and onboard evaluators, ensuring fully qualified evaluators join the community team.
    • Monitor and manage campaigns across various platforms to maximize user acquisition while maintaining cost-effectiveness.
  3. Data Management and Analysis:
    • Collect, manage, and analyze marketing data from various sources (HubSpot, Meta, and our internal database) to continuously optimize campaigns.
    • Implement A/B testing and data-driven optimization strategies to enhance the effectiveness of user acquisition efforts.
    • Provide regular reports on the performance of paid advertising efforts and direct recruitment initiatives.
  4. Growth Mindset:
    • Identify new growth opportunities to expand our reach and grow our community.
    • Build and maintain relationships with key influencers in our industry.
    • Explore locally relevant channels, both online and offline.
    • Test and experiment with new tactics to drive innovation.
  5. Communication and Teamwork:
    • Work closely with the Operations team to streamline the onboarding process for recruited evaluators to ensure a smooth transition to mission assignment.
    • Develop and execute targeted communication strategies to engage potential evaluators and display the unique opportunities within the luxury evaluation community.
    • Write clear and concise marketing materials in English (other languages are a plus).
    • Manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
    • Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects.
    • Demonstrate initiative and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field; master's degree is a plus.
  • 5 years of experience in lead generation, content creation, and social media marketing.
  • Proven experience in planning and executing successful paid advertising campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of direct recruitment strategies and tactics.
  • Knowledge of the luxury industry and its key players.
  • Excellent analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools.
  • Effective communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience working with CRM Marketing tools (HubSpot), design tools (Canva), and AI tools (Midjourney, ChatGPT, Bard).
  • Bilingual in English and Japanese.
