Job Title: Technical Representative, IT Operations

Job Description:

The Tech Support IT Ops is responsible for daily production work tasks and provides advanced system-level support of multi-user operating systems, hardware, and software tools, including installation, configuration, maintenance, and support of these systems. This is an onsite position located in Curitiba.

Responsibilities:

• Support in project implementation
• Equipment control in SCCM and Active Directory
• Inventory control
• Installation of equipment for new accounts or projects (new site)
• Equipment configuration
• Incident resolution according to SLA
• Safety of computer equipment
• Repair of computer equipment
• Maintenance of computer equipment

Candidate Profile:

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field from a four-year college or university
• Located in Curitiba
• Intermediate English level
• 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience
• Ability to meet timelines on deliverables
• Knowledge in the management of Windows & Mac OS network configuration
• Knowledge in PC Maintenance
• Knowledge managing DNS and Active Directory
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
