Responsibilities

Demonstrate expertise in your trade profession and a solid understanding of OSHA regulations within the construction domain
Analyze and interpret plans, specifications, submittals, and project scopes, ensuring comprehensive understanding
Develop a weekly 3-week lookahead schedule, effectively allocating manpower resources, and liaise with project management and Superintendents for seamless coordination
Collaborate closely with the General Foreman and/or Superintendent to address manpower requirements
Maintain regular communication with the General Foreman, Project Managers/Project Engineers, and General Contractors on a daily basis
Proficiently conduct complete 90% takeoffs from blueprints and coordinate all startup activities well in advance
Oversee and manage subcontractors in tandem with CSUSW SW General Foreman
Uphold and enforce company policies and safety procedures rigorously
Mentor and guide journeymen and apprentices, fostering their professional growth
Conduct daily quality inspections to ensure adherence to specifications, codes, and contractual obligations

What You\'ll Do:
