Job Description

**Job Title:** X-Ray Technician

**Job Specialty:** Radiology / Cardiology

**Job Duration:** 26 Weeks

**Shift:** Night 3x12-Hour (19:00 - 07:30)

**Guaranteed Hours:** 36 Hours per Week

**Experience:** Minimum 1 Year Required

**License:** Valid State License Required (Specific state requirements apply)

**Certifications:** BLS, ARRT Required

**Must-Have:**
- Minimum 1 year of X-ray procedure experience including extremities, abdomen/GI, spine/pelvis, head, chest/thorax, lower extremities, upper extremities, and surgery/C-Arm.
- Experience in outpatient, inpatient, operating room, ER, PICU, and Adult ICU settings.

**Job Description:**
- Work in a Level 1 trauma hospital providing OR support, emergency room services, and floor unit patient care.
- Utilize C-Arms, O-arms, and Rad-links, with training provided for O-arm and Radlink.
- Collaborate within a team-oriented environment in a teaching and Level I Trauma setting.
- Flexible role with floating within the hospital to meet facility needs and requirements.
- Complete orientation with 40 hours of non-billable time.
- Provide excellent patient care in a high-paced environment, adapting to various patient needs and caseloads.
- Follow hospital protocols and guidelines to ensure safety and quality standards.
- Use EPIC for charting and record maintenance.
- Participate in fit testing ensuring compliance with safety requirements.

Note: Candidates must comply with flu vaccine requirements, barring medical or religious exemptions. A successful candidate will not have medical marijuana cards or significant background issues.
