RETAIL GENERAL MANGER/ACCOUNT MANAGER NEEDED - Salary Range $80k TO $140K ANNUALLY


ABCO Maintenance is a Commercial Facility Maintenance/Construction Company that has been serving the Tri-State area 7 days a week/ 24 hours a day for over 35 years. We are actively recruiting an experienced Account Manager to join our team.

Job Description:


The Retail General Manager/Account Manager will build and maintain relationships with key accounts. They should be able to effectively work for a facility maintenance companies as account manager. This job involves communication and understanding of customer needs. They should also…




  • Serve as the liaison between companies and their customers.




  • Address customers’ needs and concerns to develop and maintain strong relationships.




  • Work with internal departments to ensure client needs are understood and satisfied.




  • May assist with sales, handling client complaints, collecting and analyzing data, and improving customer experience.




  • Focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences, tracking team performance, and driving customer retention and growth.

Position Requirements


Requirements




  • Prior account management experience of at least 5+ years




  • Retail General Manager experience 5+ years




  • Experience working in the facility maintenance/construction industry preferred




  • Good track record of employment with at least 5 years at one company – no job hopping.




  • Excellent initiative and interpersonal communication skills.




  • Strong computer skills




  • Must be a self-performer with minimum guidance




  • Tech savvy and comfort in working with computers, phones, and other systems




  • Strong problem-solving skills
