Job Description

Construction Superintendent - Custom Residential Project - Cape Cod - Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day operations on high-end residential construction sites.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, and quality control to ensure timely delivery.
• Coordinate and communicate with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients.
• Supervise and mentor assistant superintendents and other team members.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
• Conduct site inspections and maintain project documentation.
• Facilitate problem-solving and address any issues that arise during construction.

The Successful Applicant

Construction Superintendent - Custom Residential Project - Cape Cod - Successful Candidate:

• 3+ years of experience in high-end residential construction.
• Proven track record in managing remodels or custom home projects.
• Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively coordinate teams.
• Ability to work on-site in Southern MA or Cape Cod.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and client satisfaction.
• Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and best practices.
• Adaptable and willing to take initiative in a dynamic work environment.
