Job Description

HR and Training Assistant

Location: Broadmeadows, Symington, KA1 5PU.
Salary: £23,127 per annum.
Contract: Full time, 12-month contract.

Hansel is a leading social care provider working for people with learning disabilities and additional needs to be valued and active citizens in all communities across Ayrshire.

We have an exciting opportunity for a values driven HR and Training Assistant who is dedicated to making a difference to people's lives. You will be responsible for delivering comprehensive administrative support to the HR and Training functions and providing key support to managers in your areas of responsibility.

The successful candidate, as a member of a busy team, will be expected to support a range of activities including recruitment and selection, learning and development, and employee related correspondence.

In addition applicants should also have the following attributes:

Experience of providing a comprehensive administration service
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Basic knowledge and understanding of employment law and HR best practice
Excellent team player who naturally works in an inclusive manner
Ability to work accurately, with attention to detail
Proficient in the use of IT packages
