The Opportunity
A National Operations Directory in Facilities Management is required to join one of the world's leading Facilities Management specialists.
This is a unique opportunity to lead Total Facilities Management (TFM) contracts nationally, focusing on strategic growth, client development, and operational excellence. The ideal candidate will bring a proven track record of success within the FM sector and will inspire their team to deliver excellence in service and results.

Candidate Requirements:
Extensive experience in senior management in Facilities Management, with an emphasis on Soft Services (Cleaning, Security, Catering)
Strong financial and commercial acumen, with a proven track record of growing and retaining business.
Experience managing complex stakeholder relationships.
Relevant qualifications: SIA Non-Frontline License (or ability to qualify) and IOSH/NEBOSH accreditation (or working towards).
A full UK driving license and flexibility for national travel.
