We’re seeking an experienced Contract Manager to oversee the delivery of high-quality services, ensuring all KPIs and client goals are met.
Key responsibilities include:
* Managing day-to-day reactive and PPM service delivery.
* Leading and developing a high-performing team.
* Building strong client relationships and ensuring excellent customer service.
* Overseeing pricing, quotations, invoicing, and procurement.
* Monitoring and reporting on KPIs, budget, and expenditure.
* Ensuring compliance with legal, safety, and environmental standards.
* Driving continuous improvements in contract management processes.
* Providing regular feedback and performance reports to senior management.
