Job Description
Are you an experienced and qualified SEN Teacher looking for a rewarding opportunity in Ealing? We are seeking a dedicated SEN Teacher for a maternity cover position, available immediately, with the contract until the Easter holidays 2024 with the possibility of extension.
About the Role:
As an SEN Teacher, you will be working in a well-established school that caters specifically to children with special educational needs. Candidates should have experience with Severe Learning Difficulties (SLD) and Autism, ideally with knowledge of Picture Exchange Communication (PECs), Intensive Interaction, Attention Autism and Early Years (most of the children have cognition levels below 24 months). This role requires an SEN Teacher who is passionate about making a difference in the lives of children, offering them the support and guidance they need to succeed. This Ofsted rated Outstanding Ealing school provides a range of facilities to support the learning and development of its pupils, including personalised learning plans, sensory exploration areas, and a supportive multi-professional team. The school serves children from early years up to the age of 11 in Ealing, offering a nurturing environment that values the uniqueness of each child.

Key Responsibilities:
As an SEN Teacher, you will plan and deliver engaging lessons tailored to the individual needs of pupils.
Work closely with support staff and other professionals to ensure that each child's educational and emotional needs are met.
