Motor Mechanics Instructor – SEMH School - ASAP Long term - ASAP Start
Location: South London
Contract Type: Full-time, Long-Term
8.30am-4pm
Monday - Friday

We are seeking a dedicated Motor Mechanics Instructor to join our partnered school
The Role - Motor Mechanics Instructor
As a Motor Mechanics Instructor, you will:
* Deliver engaging, hands-on motor mechanics lessons tailored to the needs and abilities of our pupils.
* Foster a safe, supportive and inclusive workshop environment where pupils feel motivated to learn.
* Build strong relationships with pupils, using practical skills to boost confidence, resilience and employability.
* Work closely with a dedicated team of staff to promote positive outcomes for students with SEMH needs.
* Contribute to the development of an inspiring curriculum that prepares pupils for life beyond school.
About You - Motor Mechanics Instructor
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* Relevant motor mechanics qualifications and hands-on experience in the industry.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate pupils.
* A patient, compassionate approach and the ability to manage challenging behaviour effectively.
* Previous training experience (desirable but not essential). Full training will be provided.
