Electrical Quantity Surveyor – Data Centre (Cheshunt)
Are you an experienced Quantity Surveyor looking for your next challenge? This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team delivering a high-profile Data Centre project. You'll play a key role in project financial management, working in a fast-paced and rewarding environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Validate tender documents and assist in project budget preparation.
* Analyse and manage project cash flow.
* Compile monthly reports and ensure timely submission of claims.
* Conduct site measures and track procurement to align with project scope.
* Administer client invoicing, subcontractor payments, and dispute resolution.
* Draft pre- and post-contract correspondence and prepare commercial reports.
* Attend monthly commercial and subcontractor meetings.
Experience and Qualifications:
* Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Economics, or similar field.
* 2–5 years of experience in a similar role.
* Knowledge of electrical systems; mechanical experience beneficial.
* Data Centre experience is advantageous but not essential.
* Working towards chartership or professional certification desirable.
